Mid-pandemic, I returned to my friends at Zone in a freelance capacity to help out on their new clients The Body Shop. Worshipping at the Trello alter, our agile studio team churned out reams of hot copy and concepts across organic and paid social, email and web.

Over each sprint, I juggled complex CMS builds, strict legal demands, SEO requirements, tone of voice, hundreds-long product lists, limited assets, and detailed client briefs. In spite of all this, we still managed to create some useful content (and lovely) for our customers. And we got great feedback from clients, who were pleased with an increase in engagement, sales and SEO rankings. (But, of course, I failed to write any stats down, so you'll just have to trust me hehe x)
